I think the team worked well together and made a successful Company. The communication was made between the text and the team group. There was some communication issue at the start, but later, the issue was resolved. The team struggled to decide the best solutions and divided the tasks in team members based on the expertise and strengths. We worked together, but the main issue was the timing issue as many people were not free at the same time. The system was adopted to contribute as much as they can.
